What is the SAT ?

The SAT is a standardized test widely used for college admissions in the United States since 1926.

The SAT is wholly owned, developed, and published by the College Board, a private, not-for-profit organization in the United States.

The SAT contains 4 sections in 3 hours (plus 50 minutes if taking optional Essay):

The SAT format includes 154 multiple-choice questions and 1 optional essay.

In the SAT Math section (sections 3 & 4):
